Step 1:
Cut the pipe vertically and clean the cutting head. |

Step 2:
Earmark the length of the hot melting. |
|

Step 3:
Heat up the pipe and fitting at the same time. |

Step 4:
Hot melt the pipe and fitting stably,quickly and directly in a short time. |

|
Step 5: Cooling.
Step 6:
6. Pressure test Cold water pipe's test pressure should be 1.5 times over the design pressure and no less than 0.9Mpa.
Hot water pipe's test pressure should be 2.0 times over the design pressure and no less than 1.2Mpa. |
